UNION FIVE 
UNION FIVE is one of the biggest retailers of clothing-, skateboarding- and snowboardingbusiness in Finland. At this point we're not only operating physically at our store in Helsinki (Kamppi Shopping Centre, 5th floor), but also in the internet, which is strongly growing business and (maybe) slowly taking its place as the biggest commercing channel in our activity.
Even though we're selling products from two separate places, we can not promise our miscellanies to be always as excactly the same.
Ordering
You can pick up the products you choose to your shoppingcart by clicking the "Add to cart" -button below each product.
After you've found the products you'd like to buy, go to shoppingcart, choose your payment method and country and check the acceptation of terms and conditions. After you've done this, go to checkout, fill all the required fields carefully and send the order. We will send you an automatic confirmation to your e-mail.

Payment
There are a few different payment methods to choose from listed below:
Visa
You pay the order in a real time transaction with your Visa card code numbers during the order process. If your credit card is attached to the Verified by Visa -function, you will be asked the verification key figures. More information about this »
MasterCard
You pay the order in a real time transaction with your MasterCard code numbers during the order process. If your credit card is attached to the MasterCard SecureCode -function, you will be asked the verification key figures. More information about this »
Visa Electron
You pay the order in a real time transaction with your Visa Electron card code numbers during the order process. Your credit card has to be attached to the Verified by Visa -function. If it is not, the attachment can be easily furnished for free by calling to your bank and asking for the property. More information about this »
Shipping
Home delivered parcel
Standard delivery rounds take place by 4 p.m. on working days (Mon-Fri). The packages will be delivered by Finland Post Office.
Shipping tracking
Your shipping tracking code will be sent to your e-mail, after the order has been processed.
Shipping time
After we've received the order and dealed with it, the package will be shipped to your address within the next working day. Total deliverytime usually lies between two to five working days depending also on the delivery location.
Delivery costs
All the prices are informed in euros (€). The delivery costs will be formed by a delivery zone or a total price of the ordered products. You can find your zone from here ».
If the total price of your order goes over 300 euros, we're not charging the delivery costs at all (free shipping).
Returning & Exchanging
UNION FIVE toes the line of the consumer protection law and the insrtuctions disposed by the consumer agency of European Union made for the internet business carriers.
Unused product can be returned within 14 days to the address of the merchant after receiving the package. The money (of each returned item) will be paid back as a full measure to your bank account.
During the 14 day period after recieving, customer has a legal permission to try on the products. The package can be also opened for testing without losing the chance of returning. However, the product can not be taken for a constant use and then returned.
ATTENTION! VIDEOS AND DVD'S CAN NOT BE RETURNED BECAUSE OF THE COPYING POSSIBILITY!
Returning instructions
When you're returning the package, get it to your local post office and send it as "a customer return package" with a keycode "UNION FIVE". The previously recieved receipt or a copy of it is required with the consignment. It's also important to write down your bank account number (IBAN & SWIFT CODE), where the money will be paid back. The returning money will be paid after the returned package has reached us.
If you want to exchange the product(s) to something else, please write down a clear message with the wishes/hopes to us with your returning. Be sure to give us also your bank account number (IBAN & SWIFT CODE), if the grand total will be less than the original, so we can return the money left over.
